Great hint Jeffrey! I feel like there is a lot a pressure now that your dad is expecting an answer from me. I'm going to say Robert Irvine from Dinner: Impossible, who happens to make lots of wheat invested food. Was he at Epcot?

If your dad was standing next to Emril ... then yes, a celebrity cook - but this guy cooks simply with wheat! I can do this.
You make me laugh J! I'm with you on this, anyone can cook good food with wheat in it BUT cooking good food without wheat, now that is talent!
